There are many benefits to playing with the Shuffleboard Club, all of which can positively impact the overall well-being of life.

The camaraderie, entertainment and friendly competition has social and emotional wellbeing benefits. The strategic planning aspect aids in cognitive and mental health. Shuffleboard is a low-impact form of exercise for all abilities that can improve dexterity and physical health.

All players need to start improving their life is closed toe shoes. Residents are welcome to join the club for open play on Monday mornings at 9 or to come watch league play on Tuesday nights starting at 5:30 and Friday morning at 9.

Friday, April 17 league results: Team Rod pulled ahead of Team Shel 7-5, and Team Susan tied Team Pattie 6-6. All game winners were Sally Fowler, Steve Edrich, Ellie West, Rod Osgood and Kathryn Ewell.

Tuesday, April 21 league results: Team Sally outdid Team Jesus 8-4, and Team Bob overtook Team Sue 7-5. All game winners were Arleen Cullison, Bob Peterson, Lynn Baidack, Sally Fowler, Roger Bennett and Ellie West.

Friday, April 24 league results: Team Shel edged out Team Pattie 7-5, and Team Susan upset Team Rod 7-5. All game winners were Micki Aiello, Steve Edrich, Lee Broadbent, Ellie West and Rod Leebrick.
