New Pest Control Provider: Dr. Pest, Inc.

At its meeting April 28, the GRF Board approved a three-year contract for pest control services on Trust property for $78,444, which was the lowest bid received from four companies. Dr. Pest, Inc., will replace the GRF’s current provider Fenn Termite & Pest Control.

Mutuals have a separate pest control contract.

The current contract will expire on May 31. The new contract will ensure continued pest control, including termite inspection and localized treatment for all Trust property buildings.

The Physical Property Department issued request for proposals to 10 vendors, and received four bids, ranging from Dr. Pest’s low of $78,444, to a high of nearly $220,000.
