Monday, May 11, Baby’s Burgers OC: Known for it’s half-pound burgers served on King’s Hawaiian rolls, this truck is known for it’s Original Beauty with swiss cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms; the fireballstyle Mamacita with pepperjack cheese, guacamole and jalapenos; and the Good Wife topped with bacon, cheddar cheese and a fried egg. Try these options plus sides from 4-7 p.m.
Tuesday, May 12, Koffel’s Food Truck: Enjoy tacos, burgers, hot dogs, fries and other favorites at affordable prices from 5-7 p.m.
Wednesday, May 13, Bella Italia: Try handcrafted pasta, sandwiches, salads and desserts. Pasta dishes include chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti marinara and meatballs and raviolis, plus hot sandwiches. Finish the meal with a caramel cannoli or a refreshing San Pellegrino from 4-7 p.m.
