Humanist Association

The LW Humanist Association will hold a meeting on Sunday, May 3, in Clubhouse 3, Room 1 from 10 a.m.-noon.

Guest speaker Marvin Rolnick will give a inspiring presentation titled “How to be Happy in a Crazy World.”

Rolnick is an author, lecturer, podcaster and comedian.

During the meeting people can learn simple spiritual ideas anyone can use and find new ways to find calm in chaos with tools to shift their mindset gently and powerfully. In the midst of these tips, Rolnick will insert warm humor and light-hearted stories.

The Humanist Association hopes those who attend will walk away from the meeting knowing how to reduce stress and emotional tension, and know how to stay centered, even on hard days.
