The Shuffleboard Club held its annual ham shoot on April 16. It was a huge success with 32 people attending. Each of the six lanes were set up with a different challenge. On one lane, players had to hit the puck under the pig to score 10 additional points. In another lane, players had to hit blind under the shuffleboard sign, using their opposite hand. Those who would like to play a fun and friendly game of Texas Hold ‘Em with the Tournament Poker Club for a $5 buy-in should make plans to play on May 3 in Clubhouse 6. Regular tournaments are on the first three Saturdays of every month and start with coffee/treats and registration at 10 a.m. Cards are in the air at 10:30. There is no late seating. The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Refreshments are served each week from noon-12:15 and anyone arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. Yearly dues are $5 and $1 is collected from those who play. Those finishing in the top four scores will be awarded prize money the following week. A total of seven games are played each week, and new players are welcome to come
