LW Yoga Club The LW Yoga Club meets on Wednesdays in Clubhouse 6 for two classes upstairs in the mirror room. Classes are at 9 a.m. and 10:15, and are $8 each. FITNESS FUSION The Fitness Fusion Club meets on Tuesdays in Clubhouse 6 from 10:30- 11:30 a.m., and on Thursdays and Saturdays at Veterans Plaza from 10:30-11:30 a.m. The exercises help strengthen the core and develop upper and lower body muscles using hand weights.
