Photo Arts Club

The Photo Arts Club will meet Thursday, May 8, at 1:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. People should bring their iPhone/Android and/or camera. The assignment is patterns and textures. People should email their best three photos to benbenjamins@hotmail.com by May 5. Photographers can also bring non-themed photos to be displayed and commented on. A Facebook page has been created for all LW residents

Long Beach Community Band: May 4

The Long Beach Community Band will conduct a performance titled “Let’s Dance” on May 4 from 5-7 p.m. in Clubhouse 2. Conductor Greg Flores and the 70-member band will perform musical numbers from around the world. The band has played numerous times in Leisure World, including a successful holiday show in 2024.
