Club receives GAF grant for new machines used for stone polishing and shaping

LAPIDARY & JEWELRY CLUB The Lapidary & Jewelry Club received a Peter Hayes Grant through the Golden Age Foundation (GAF). The club used the grant to purchase two new Cabking machines, which are used to shape and polish stones. The club now has five of these machines. These Cabking machines had become so popular that club members frequently experienced wait times to use them. The

To ensure an enjoyable Amphitheater season, Leisure World residents and their guests are asked to adhere to the following rules: • There is no video- or audiotaping of performers unless announced at the start of the show. • Do not save seats. Amphitheater seating is firstcome, first-served. • Do not sing along with performers unless asked to do so by the performer on stage.
