Hawaiian dance club performs outside LW gates


HUI O HULA Hui O Hula dancers and musicians had a wonderful time entertaining at the Seal Beach Sunrise Senior Living Facility. During the audience-participation portion, one woman requested “The Hukilau Song” because she remembered dancing it at a luau/party in Honolulu many, many moons ago. “Hukilau” means fishing with a big net, an old Hawaiian way to catch fish. In this song, the
