Patricia Ann Supple (Marrin) 1943-2025 Patricia Ann Supple, age 82, beloved wife, m o t h e r , grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Dec. 15, 2025. She was born March 6, 1943, in Los Angeles, California to Walter and Genevieve (Oneken) Marrin and grew up in the Inglewood, California area. Pat graduated from Saint Mary’s Academy in Los Angeles, California, and attended El Camino College in Torrance, California. She retired from Long Beach State University, where she formed many lasting friendships and was well respected by colleagues. She was a Mutual 14 resident and enjoyed watching the Dodgers and occasionally the Angels, as well as cheering for the University Southern California and Rams football. When her health allowed, she loved traveling, especially to Paris and exploring destinations throughout California and the United States. Pat is survived by her devoted husband of 61 years, Michael Supple, her children, Cathie Tyler, (Richard), Julie Lopez, (Mike), and son Mark Supple, (Carolyn), seven grandchildren Blake Tyler, Spencer Tyler, (Whitney), Marrin (Tyler) DuVal, (Ben), Jack Lopez, Luke Lopez, Maggie Supple and Lil Supple, and great-grandchildren Teegan and Tate Tyler. Known lovingly as “Nanny,” Pat cherished every moment with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Pat is also survived by her siblings, James Marrin and Diane (Marrin) Bradford, (Rick). She will be remembered for her unwavering Catholic faith and her deep love of her family and the warmth she brought to everyone who knew her. Her faith was central to who she was and provided strength and comfort throughout her life. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Precious Life Shelter in Los Alamitos or your choice of charity. Family, neighbors and friends are invited to join in celebrating Pat’s life at the funeral mass to be held at St. Hedwig’s Church in Los Alamitos on Friday, Feb. 13, at noon followed by a Celebration of Life at El Dorado Country Club, Long Beach. —Paid Obituary
