Sunshine Club
Colorectal surgeon Dr. Ketan Thanki will speak to the Sunshine Club on Friday, April 3, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m.
During the meeting, Dr. Thanki give a presentation about conditions such as constipation, difficulty with bowel movements, changes in stool patterns, and bowel leakage and other issues people may experience as well as go through symptoms, diagnoses and treatments.

Art League: Call For Submissions
The Leisure World Art League has formally announced a “Call for Entries” for the June 20 Art in Bloom Art Exhibition. The annual, juried art show features creations from Leisure World artists in all mediums. The show will be held in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby from 4-7 p.m.
Applications are now available from the Recreation Office in Building 5, or by request via email to lwsb.artleague@gmail.com.
Karaoke Club
The Karaoke Club holds karaoke parties every Wednesday in Clubhouse 1, beginning at 5:30 p.m. It’s always a packed house, with 35-plus singers and a happy, enthusiastic audience.
On March 25, popular singer Ruby Johnson received heartfelt applause for her rendition of “Unchained Melody.” Richard Yokomi had the crowd jumping with his lively tune, while Danna Sanders brought back the groove
