CITY OF SEAL BEACH The new hourly weekday shopping shuttle to Ralphs and Sprouts, the North Seal Beach Senior Center, and Old-Town Seal Beach/Pier requires all passengers to be registered with the City of Seal Beach senior services department prior to riding on the shuttle.
