Proptia phone apps won’t work until data is migrated

Residents are reporting that their Proptia phone applications from the Apple App Store and Google Play store are not working.

That’s because Leisure World residents’ data has not been uploaded to the server that serves Proptia 2.0. That upload is scheduled for Sept. 15.

Until then, residents attempting to use any Proptia 2.0 phone application will be unable to.

Residents who need to make adjustments in Proptia, such as managing their guests lists, can do so by visiting www.lwsb. com and clicking “Gate Access Portal” at the top of the page.

This can be done using a web browser—such as Safari or Google Chrome—on a computer or on a cell phone.

On a phone, residents must navigate to www.lwsb.com and click the icon with three horizontal lines on the top righthand corner of the screen. The dropdown menu will show the option “Gate Access Portal.”

Residents can also navigate directly to Proptia by going to https://leisureworldsealbeach.access.proptia.com/Login.
