SEAL BEACH DIAL-A-RIDE

On June 17, LW resident Albert Reid (middle) used the City of Seal Beach's free Dial-A-Ride Taxi service that is available to all residents over 65 who apply to the program and receive an ID number. Reid commented that he loved the new freedom this free service gave him.
