Decal Office Hours

The GRF Security Decal Office is open to issue LWSB decals and RFID tags. There are two decals and tags that will be placed on residents’ vehicles:

• Mutual decal: This verifies authorization to park in a resident’s designated carport space. The decal is not used as verification to enter community.

• RFID tag: This clear tag is placed on the front driver’s side headlight to verify authorization to enter the community.

All decals and RFID tags are issued at the Decal Office in Building 5.

The office is open Tuesday-Saturday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and closed Sunday and Monday. The office is also closed for lunch from noon-12:30, on most major holidays, and during inclement weather.

To receive a decal and an RFID tag for a vehicle, residents must present the following documents:

• Valid proof of vehicle insurance

• Valid DMV vehicle registration (vehicle must be registered to the LWSB resident)

• Valid DMV driver’s license

• GRF identification card Be advised:

• A decal will be valid for up to two years after the date of issuance.

• An RFID tag does not expire as long as residents are valid GRF members.

• If a resident’s driver’s license expires before the end of the two-year period, the decal will expire in the same month as the resident’s driver’s license expires.

• Expired insurance, registration and/or driver’s licenses are not valid documents and no decal will be issued.

• A DMV identification card is not a valid driver’s license, and no decal will be issued.

Appointments are not required. Decal issuance is on a firstcome, first-served basis.
