Friday, Aug. 21 dance theme: Hot August Arabian Nights
DANCERS & MIXERS CLUB
The Dancers & Mixers Club will hold a “Hot August Arabian Nights” themed dance on Friday, Aug. 21, from 7-9 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. Residents and their guests are invited dress up and enjoy an evening of fun and frivolity.
Summer can be taxing and dancing in the air conditioned comfort of Clubhouse 4 offers welcome respite from the heat. The Dancers & Mixers Club dances to live music performed by Linda Herman, along with sideman Shelley Gordon, whose repertoire is both extensive and varied, with fox trots, waltzes, cha-chas, swing, rhumbas, tangoes, line dancing and polkas.
