Alzheimer’s OC Caregiver Discussion Group When: Friday, April 3, at 10:30 a.m. Where: Clubhouse 3, Room 6 Family caregivers or friends of a people with dementia are welcome to join this informal discussion that offers resources, education, and emotional support. No RSVP required. Balance, Strength and Exercise Workshop When: Wednesday, April 8, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Where: Optum HCC Large Conference Room This workshop is held every other Wednesday throughout the year and is beneficial to anyone who struggles with balance. No RSVP required. Alzheimer’s OC: Games for Better Memory and Focus When: Monday, April 13, at 10 a.m. Where: Clubhouse 3, Room 3 This class is designed to strengthen memory and improve focus.
