Karaoke Club

The Community Karaoke Club will meet Wednesday, Feb. 4, from 5:30-9:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 1. There will probably be some romantic song choices ahead of Valentine’s Day.

On Jan. 21, the audience was treated to some terrific performances.

Stephanie Burkland knocked the group’s socks off with her powerful voice.

Linda Spense rocked an Elvis favorite, Shirley Dammeyer smoothed things out with “The Drive,” and Tosca Lies once again charmed with her lovely voice. The karaoke crowd is the best around—always cheering, clapping and supporting their friends.

Karaoke practice sessions are held Monday afternoons from 1-3 p.m. in Clubhouse 6. It’s a great opportunity to try out a new song, polish a favorite, or finally cross “sing karaoke” off that bucket list. Singers will find plenty of encouragement—and maybe discover a hidden star in themselves.
