Thursday, Jan. 22, Domino’s Pizza: Domino’s serves pizza, wings and salads from 4-6 p.m. Pizza flavors include pepperoni, cheese, ham and pineapple, sausage and barbecue. Salads are also available. Special orders can be placed in advance by calling 562-493-2212.

Monday, Jan. 26, Bella Italia: This truck serves handcrafted pasta, sandwiches, salads and desserts. Signature pasta dishes include chicken fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti marinara and meatballs, lobster ravioli, and spinach ravioli with a variety of sauces. Hot sandwiches include the Italiano, meatball, and turkey and cheese. The truck is on site from 4-7 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 27, Koffel’s Food Truck: Koffel’s features tacos, burgers, hot dogs, fries and other favorites at affordable prices from 5-7 p.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 28, Cousins Maine Lobster: Try wild caught lobster rolls, plus lobsterforward tacos, quesadillas, bisque, grilled cheese, tots and more. Try the Maine Roll, served chilled with a touch of mayo on a New England style bun, or a Connecticut roll with warm butter from 4-7 p.m.
