It’s important to stop and think when the temptation to speak negatively comes. A person may feel better for a moment, having vented, but the truth is, the ultimate result of harmful words is just that—harm. People have a choice, and can choose to lift up those around them, or pull them down. Everyone has the ability to speak life into people and situations. Because positive words never tear someone down, but instead build others up. It pays to “THINK” before speaking: T: Is it true? H: Is it helpful? I: Is it inspiring? N: Is it necessary? K: Is it kind? Join Faith Christian Assembly for Sunday service at 10:30 a.m. Those who are in need of prayer can stay after service to connect with one of the church’s prayer partners. The Bible Study is on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. A men’s and women’s group meets once a month.
