William Young selected as master of ceremonies

AMPHITHEATER SEASON

William Young will be the master of ceremonies for the final Amphitheater performance of the 2025 summer season.

The Recreation Department held auditions on Aug. 22. Contestants were asked to read a short script and bring their own personality and energy to the stage. Many talented participants impressed the judges, but in the end the committee selected Young for his charisma, confidence and ability to connect with an audience.

As emcee, he will welcome the community, introduce the evening’s entertainment and keep the energy high as residents gather one last time this summer under the stars.

“The concert series finale is always one of the most anticipated events of the season,” said Recreation Director Jesse Cripps.“We are excited to have William at the microphone. His flair and enthusiasm will be the perfect send-off to another unforgettable summer of music and memories.”
