LW Yoga Club

The LW Yoga Club meets on Wednesdays in Clubhouse 6, from

9-10:15 a.m., where trained instructors guide people through poses that strengthen muscles, enhance balance and calm the mind.

Wednesday classes are designed for both a chair and mat practice.

YOGA, page 18 A chair can be used for safety and stability during the class, providing a less strenuous alternative to a mat routine.

The outdoor classes are held on Tuesdays at Veterans Plaza at 10:15 a.m., with the emphasis on promoting stretching and balance in the fresh air. All classes are one hour long and cost $8 per class.
