LWer will share stories from their pilgrimage through Southern Europe

TRAVELING TIGERS

On June 18, the LW Traveling Tigers Club will embark on a soul-stirring journey through the heart of Southern Europe, guided by Donna Gambol, a former professional photographer.

Gambol recently returned from a spiritual pilgrimage that led her across Portugal, France, and Spain—an unforgettable experience she’ll be sharing through stories and stunning imagery. Her journey began in Portugal at the revered sanctuary of Fátima, where the whispers of miracles still echo among pilgrims.

From there, she followed a path rich with history and faith, stopping in Spain’s Avila and then crossing into the French Pyrenees to visit Lourdes, a place of deep healing and devotion.

Along the way, Gambol captured breathtaking scenes from vibrant Lisbon, the academic elegance of Salamanca, the Gothic grandeur of Burgos and the colorful charisma of Barcelona.

Her presentation will spotlight the awe-inspiring beauty of Antoni Gaudí’s architectural masterpiece, the Sagrada Família, with several striking images that bring the soaring basilica to life.
