Eight Leisure World Men’s Golf League members played at the 5,600-yard par-71 Meadowlark Golf Course in Huntington Beach on May 3. Meadowlark celebrated its 100 year anniversary in 2022 and is owned by the City of Huntington Beach. It was designed by William P. The LW Women’s Golf Club plays a nine-hole tournament every Tuesday morning. First tee time is 7:30. Play is usually completed by 10. All Leisure World women are invited to join the club by stopping by the starter shack to obtain information. Annual dues are $25. Beginners and tour pros are all welcome.
