Caltrans: Lane closures for PCH paving to end mid-May

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) began work in Seal Beach along State Route 1 (SR-1), also known as Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), on April 7. Work includes pavement rehabilitation along the corridor starting at the Long Beach/Seal Beach city limits moving south towards the Huntington Beach/Seal Beach city limits. One of the conveniences of the new gate system is the ability to send a QR code to a guest via their cell phone. This code can be scanned, allowing a staff to issue guest passes in a timely manner.
