The Yahtzee Club will meet July 3 in the Clubhouse 3 Lobby at 2 p.m. Bring small bills. There will be a halftime social to interact with neighbors. Bill Lyons scores a hole-in-one on No. 2


LW MEN'S GOLF CLUB June 24 was the second LW Men’s Golf Club tournament of the month. Forty-nine golfers teed off starting at 7:30 a.m. with each man competing for best net scores, plus four circle holes and two closest to the pin challenges. Twenty-six of the 49 men scored net at or under par. There were 52 birdies and 10 circle hole winners. Closest to the pin on hole No. 2 was Roland

The LW Chess Club meets every Friday in Clubhouse 3, Room 7, from 1-4:30 p.m. Beginners lessons are available. Keep Alzheimer’s and dementia at bay by practicing this strategy game, proven to improve short and long-term memory and critical thinking skills.
