Let the Good Times Roll


The doo wop club Let the Good Times Roll will present its “American Bandstand”-themed show on Sept. 18 at 6:30 p.m. in Clubhouse 2. The show is sure to bring back fun music and dance memories from the ’50s and ’60s. The club invites the LW community to join its Facebook group, which can be found by searching for “Leisure World Seal Beach Let the Good Times Roll official Doo Wop Club.”

Pool Club

Pool Club


On Aug. 16, the Leisure World Pool Club held its first 369 tournament of the year in Clubhouse 2. There were 12 two-person teams playing six rounds of 369, which is played just like 9-ball, except scored differently. The 3 ball counts for one point, the 6 ball is two points, and the 9 is three points. If a team makes the 3, 6 and 9, it receives six points. This tournament saw the largest number
