The Joyful Line Dance Club meets on Thursdays in Clubhouse 2 from 10 a.m.-noon. Albert Comia leads the first hour of the class with easy dances for beginners. After a break, Karen Kei teaches more advanced and new dances. This month, members are learning “I Might Just Dance” by Bruno Mars and “Kiss Me.” Everyone is welcome to join. Wa-Rite celebrates a massive weight loss for the week


Wa-Rite is a femaleonly club that meets on Friday mornings from 9-10 in Clubhouse 3, Room 1. Weigh-ins are from 8-8:45. Dues are $10 a year, plus 10 cents upon signing in. LW ID cards must be shown. For support on a weight-loss journey, women are welcome to stop by at 8:15 to weigh in and complete the registration paperwork. On Feb. 13, members learned that the club lost 23 pounds for the week.

LW BICYCLE GROUP LW Bicycle Group members Dolores and Craig Jaunzemis traded their bicycles for camels while vacationing in Egypt. The group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Helmets and safe shoes are required.
