BALANCEANDSTABILITY The Balance and Stability Club meets on Tuesdays, except the fi rst Tuesday of the month, at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 2. Classes are taught by a certifi ed instructor, and consist of chair exercises that can be done at own pace even at home. The cost is $5 per class for those under 90 years of age, and free to anyone over 90. Everyone is welcome. Bring a water and a smile. For

FITNESS FUSION The Fitness Fusion Club meets on Tuesdays in Clubhouse 6 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. and on Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Veterans Plaza.
