Let The Good Times Roll Club
UPCOMING LEGENDS OF ROCK DANCES
The Let The Good Times Roll Club will hold a rock and roll show on Saturday, May 16, in Clubhouse 2. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the show will start at 5:30.
Club members will perform songs about American cities and states. Selections include show tunes like “Oklahoma,” Frank Sinatra’s hit “New York, New York” and Eagles song “Hotel California.”
The show will feature club performers Carmen Edwards, Josie Del Pino, Vinny Correnti, Sally Glausser, Erika Greenwood, Dotti Herdman. Sharon Knutson, David Noble Mariza Rahman, Joan Rosenberg and Nina Todorov, as well as newcomers Ron Hannah and David Needle.
After the show, the Legends of Rock Dance Band will perform dancing music until 9:15. People are invited to bring their favorite snacks and beverages. Pictures from the club’s St. Patrick’s Day dinner dance will be displayed, and people are welcome to take home their photos as a memento.
Coffee, ice, cookies and cups will be provided. All residents and their guests are welcome. The event is free, but donations to the club and band support the club’s mission to provide fun evenings of live entertainment in LW.
