GRF Executive Manager of Mutual Services Dave Potter (center) and GRF Senior Director of Mutual Administration Jodi Hopkins (r) spoke at the Sunshine Club. Potter reviewed Leisure World's beginnings and its continuing evolution, including the possiblity of introducing electronic voting, increasing financial transparency, and continuing to monitor structual integrity. Hopkins gave a brief overview of how to create trusts in a way that would keep their units and families out of probrate. After each presentation, Anna Derby (l) opened the meeting to allow questions from members in attendance.
