The Seniors For Peace Club will meet at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, in Clubhouse 4 for a conversation between Dr. Rich Haesly, associate professor of political science at CSULB, and Club President Jeff Mulqueen titled “American Fascism at Home and Abroad.” Haesly and Mulqueen will explore, among other issues, what fascism is and its current manifestations here and abroad; how it divides society

The LW Community Emergency Response Team (LW CERT) will hold a safety class on Friday, March 28, at 9 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. The topic “How to Communicate in an Emergency” will be presented by LW CERT President Catherine O’Brien. Residents are encouraged to learn how to be prepared before an emergency and how to communicate with loved ones after it happens.

FRENCH CLUB On March 2, the French Club celebrated two significant birthdays of Sylvie O'Neil and Max Matos among its members. The club celebrated with balloons, carrot cake cupcakes and songs.
