Clocks will ‘spring forward’ on March 8


DAYLIGHT SAVING Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 8, when clocks will “spring forward” by one hour, resetting clocks at 3 a.m. In exchange for one lost hour of sleep, people will enjoy longer and sunnier evenings until November. Battery-powered clocks, including those in watches, microwaves, ovens and certain vehicles, may need to be adjusted manually.
