DAYLIGHT SAVING Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 8, when clocks will “spring forward” by one hour, resetting clocks at 3 a.m. In exchange for one lost hour of sleep, people will enjoy longer and sunnier evenings until November.
