Tribute to Bob Dylan is April 25
LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL CLUB
On Friday, April 25, the Legends of Rock will give a preview show of its tribute to Bob Dylan in Clubhouse 4 from 3-4:45 p.m. The actual show will be featured in June at the Whiskey a Go Go club in Hollywood. Jon Pearlstone will portray Dylan with band members Andre DuSomme, Laura Gardner, David Prito and Ziggy Romano accompanying.

Art in Bloom exhibition will feature LW’s finest
At the April 8 meeting of the Leisure World Art League, President Susie Ralston formally announced the League is now accepting submissions of artwork for its June 22 Art in Bloom Exhibition. Leisure World visual artists are invited to submit painting, digital art, drawing, ceramics, fabric arts, glass, jewelry, lapidary, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood artwork for consideration. The Creative Writers Club would like to do a project together with the Photo Arts Club. Writers are looking for photos that evoke an emotional response or lend themselves to interpretation so they can write an essay or poem about the one they choose.
