Last chance to buy tickets to May 6 Angels game
The Recreation Department will hold a bus trip to watch the Los Angeles Angels take on the Toronto Blue Jays on Tuesday, May 6, at Angels Stadium in Anaheim.
The trip includes round-trip bus transportation and a game ticket for $66 per person. The bus departs promptly at 5 p.m., with the first pitch scheduled for 6:38 p.m. A wide variety of dining options are available at the stadium.

Leisure World's Aloha Club recently performed a concert for the Long Beach Cornerstone Church's Women's Group for its Spring Luau. Members performed a setlist that included ten songs, ranging from “Amazing Grace” to “Sweet Caroline.” With a little encouragement from Kaye Huff, the Aloha Club's mistress of ceremonies, the packed audience joined the singing players
Entertainers Club: Easy Rider Show
The Entertainers Club will present Easy Rider on May 2 from 7-9 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. Easy Rider is a rock ’n’ country dance band that plays hits of the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s and more. People are welcome to bring their own refreshments. Admission is free, but tips are appreciated.
