California law requires the GRF Board to establish reasonable time limits for members to speak at meetings. (Civ. Code Sec. 4925(b).), and how the Board responds to questions or concerns; most often the Board is unable to respond (Civ. Code Sec. 4930.). A maximum of 30 minutes is generally needed for member comments unless there is an unusually large number of comment requests. Comments are limited
