Learn to prepare for a power outage
The LW Community Emergency Response Team (LW CERT), will hold a safety class on Friday, May 23, at 9 a.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 9. The topic “Prepare for a Power Outage” will be presented by LW CERT President Catherine O’Brien and Vice President Fara Q. Macartney. People will learn how to prepare now, survive during and be safe after a disaster. LW CERT’s free monthly safety classes are 45 minutes

The Filipino Association of Leisure World (FALW) will host its annual veterans picnic on Saturday, July 5, at the Clubhouse 1 picnic area starting at 11:30 a.m.
