People can get help signing up for the California Lifeline Program, which provides free cell phones to income-qualified people, on Monday, May 12, from 9-11 a.m. in the Optum Health Care Center. The ballots to elect GRF directors from odd-numbered Mutuals and Mutual 14 were mailed May 2. New directors will be installed at the GRF annual meeting Tuesday, June 10 at 2 p.m. in Clubhouse 4. The vote-counting meeting will be held June 3 at 10 a.m. in Clubhouse 4. There are nine director seats available for election from the odd-numbered Mutuals. Code Sec. 4925(b).), and how the Board responds to questions or concerns; most often the Board is unable to respond (Civ. Code Sec. 4930.). A maximum of 30 minutes is generally needed for member comments unless there is an unusually large number of comment requests. Comments are limited
