Six members of the Leisure World Men’s Golf League competed at the par 71, 5,600 yard Meadowlark Golf Course in Huntington Beach on May 2. With numerous water hazards, elevation changes and turtleback greens, distance control was key to scoring well on this course. The Cribbage Club meets every Tuesday at noon in Clubhouse 1. Refreshments are served each week from noon-12:15 and those arriving by 12:15 will be assured a place to play. One dollar is collected from each player and those finishing in the top four scores will be awarded prize money the following week. A total of seven games are played.
