LW Yoga Club
The meets on Wednesdays in Clubhouse 6 at 9 and 10:15 a.m., and on Tuesdays in Veterans Plaza (outdoors) at 10:15 a.m. Classes are taught by certified instructors. The cost of each class is $8.
People are invited to learn how to lessen stiffness, improve flexibility and posture, and appear taller, leaner and more confident through yoga. The club also offers Zoom classes for new and existing students

LW Bicycle Group members wear matching official group shirts on their bike rides. The group meets at the North Gate on Sundays with breakfast, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Helmets and safe shoes are required. On Feb. 28, Zumba Dance and Dance Dance Fitness Clubs participant Robert Wise of Mutual 9 completed The Los Alamitos Race on The Base triathlon. He came in third in his age group.
Sunshine Club
Dr. Armin Arshi from UCI Health in Los Alamitos will speak on orthopedic joint replacements at the Sunshine Club’s meeting on Friday, March 13, in Clubhouse 3, Room 2, at 10 a.m.
Arshi will explain the anatomy of the knee and hip, types of damage, and surgical and non-surgical repair options. Arshi did his surgical residency at UCLA Medical Center and his fellowship at the Rothman Orthopaedic
