Tournament Poker Club will play Aug. 2 in CH 6
Those who would like to play a fun and friendly game of Texas Hold ‘Em for a $5 buy-in should make plans to join the Tournament Poker Club at its tournament on Saturday, Aug. 2 in Clubhouse 6. Regular tournaments are held on the first three Saturdays of every month and start with coffee/treats and registration at 10 a.m. Cards are in the air at 10:30. There is no late seating.

Pinochle Club plays three days a week in CH 1
The Pinochle Club meets on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays in Clubhouse 1 at 11:30 a.m. Lessons are available during Thursday meetings starting at 11:30. Contact Joan Taylor at 562-666-1714 for more information.

Scrabble Club plays Wednesdays at 1 p.m.
The Leisure World Scrabble Club meets each Wednesday in Clubhouse 3, Room 5, from 1-4 p.m. New members are welcome.
The club met on July 16 and 23. The meeting on July 23 was preceded by a luncheon to observe Larry Edgar’s 650th win as a member.
