GRF selects David Norvell as new executive director
GRF BOARD
The Golden Rain Foundation Board of Directors has selected David Norvell to serve as executive director of Leisure World Seal Beach, bringing over three decades of senior executive leadership and expertise in managing complex community associations. Norvell will begin his position on Dec. 3.
His experience includes running a large homeowners association (HOA) management company

The Recreation Department invites residents, families and friends to celebrate the start of the holiday season at its annual Christmas Tree Lighting and the grand arrival of Santa, featuring a full evening of performances and festive activities for all ages.
