Board halts RV Lot fee increase; sends proposal back to committee

Leisure World RV Lot fees will remain unchanged—for now.
At its Nov. 25 meeting, the GRF Board failed to ratify a 25% fee increase to RV Lot rental fees in an 8-8-1 tie vote with one abstention. It was a rare about face from the Board, which approved the fee changes at its Oct. 28 meeting, pending a 28-day notification to GRF shareholders.
