Fun With Fashion

The Fun With Fashion Club will meet Jan. 12 at 6 p.m. in Clubhouse 3, Room 2. The topic of this meeting is “Makeup and More” and will cover makeup and other ways to look and feel beautiful. Two styles of face makeup will be demonstrated: the natural look and the glamorous look. People are invited to bring their own makeup for a personal demonstration. Bring a drink of choice and an appetizer

Grab ‘N’ Go Food Trucks: Jan. 8-14

To-go meals are offered weekly outside Clubhouse 6. All trucks accept cash and cards unless otherwise stated. Thursday, Jan. 8 Domino’s Pizza: Domino’s serves pizza, wings and salads from 4-6 p.m. Pizza flavors include pepperoni, cheese, ham and pineapple, sausage and barbecue. Salads are also available. Hui O Hula: Hawaiian Dance Club

Hui O Hula offers hula dance lessons twice a week. Classes meet Tuesdays at 1 p.m. upstairs in Clubhouse 6, and Thursdays at 1 p.m., in the Optum Health Care Center Conference Room. Hula dancing provides gentle fitness and improves balance, coordination and mental focus. The dancing is set to melodic Hawaiian music and shared in a relaxed atmosphere. All are welcome.
