Editor:
I cross the St. Andrews/ Golden Rain intersection almost every day.
Most of the time, when I'm crossing, cars turn right against the activated do-not-turn-right signals.
This of course is a serious safety issue for pedestrians who think (rightly) that they have the right-of-way while crossing.
