PAYMENTS There are many ways for shareholders to make their assessment payments: 1. ACH (Auto pay): Shareholders can set up an ACH transfer with their banking institution. This allows the GRF to automatically withdraw your monthly assessment directly from your checking account on or around the fifth of every month. 2. GRANTS In October 2025, the Golden Age Foundation (GAF) awarded the Leisure World Claytime Ceramics and Clay Crafters Clubs $1,750 from the Peter Hayes Grant program, established to support clubs and organizations that improve the lives of Leisure World residents. The grant was used to purchase an L& L Plug-n-Fire Kiln which enhances ceramic projects with luster and decal applications
