Residents can get assistance signing up for the state-sponsored LifeLine Program, which provides free cell service to low-income seniors, on Wednesday, Feb. 5, in the Optum Health Care Center Large Conference Room.
The event is sponsored by Optum and Carla Ibarra, and organized by LW resident Bonnie Cooper. Refreshments will be served.

The next Salvation Army Salvation Saturday donation event will be held Saturday, Feb. 15, at the Ampitheater parking lot from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
People can donate clean, undamaged and saleable items including clothing, household goods, kitchenware, small appliances, bedding, furniture and more.
