Shuffleboard Courts will be closed Feb. 12-13


The shuffleboard courts will be closed Wednesday, Feb. 12, through Thursday, Feb. 13, for touch-up work. The shuffleboard seminars hosted by Rod Osgood and Sue Burkschab on Thursday mornings throughout January have been such a success, they have decided to continue the program through February Thursdays as well. The program’s purpose is to help players learn and practice advanced shuffleboard

Those who would like to play a fun and friendly game of Texas Hold ‘Em for a $5 buy-in should make plans to play with the Tournament Poker Club on Saturday, Feb. 15. Regular tournaments are on the first three Saturdays of every month and start with coffee/treats and registration at 10 a.m. Cards are in the air at 10:30. There is no late seating. At the club’s event on Feb. 4, about 45 players
