Fitness Fusion Club meets Tuesdays in CH 6


The Fitness Fusion Club meets Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Clubhouse 6 and Thursdays and Saturdays 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Veterans Plaza. The workout is designed to help strengthen the core and develop upper and lower body muscles. Standing yoga poses are used to improve balance. LW Cloggers to dance March 5


The next LW Cloggers class is on Wednesday, March 5, in Clubhouse 2. Regular class starts at 8:30 a.m., with the beginner class at 10:30. Wa-Rite is a female-only club that meets on Friday mornings from 9-10 in Clubhouse 3, Room 1. Weigh-ins are from 8-8:45. Dues are $10 a year, plus 10 cents upon signing in. LW ID cards must be shown. Women who want support on their weight-loss journey and to meet like-minded people are welcome to stop by no later than 8:15 to weigh-in and complete the registration paperwork. Joyful Line Dance Club

Joyful Line Dance Club


The Joyful Line Dance Club meets on Thursdays in Clubhouse 2 from 10 a.m.-noon. Beginners are welcome from 10-10:30 a.m. After a brief break, members practice more advanced dances. The annual membership fee is $20. Members are asked to sign in at the front desk. In 2024, the club held a total of 52 classes, with 2,586 community members coming to line dance to stay active and keep healthy. For more
