A Landmark Balance & Stability class is offered on Saturdays from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Zoom. Instructor Adrianne Rosenfeld teaches the free 40-minute class that focuses on balance, shifting weight and cognizant activities. The Men’s Friday Golf Club played at Meadowlark Golf Course in Huntington Beach July 31. Ten men and one woman tested the par 70, 5800-yard course.
